Quote of Kat Lee Head of Business Intelligence at Cosuno

Hey Kat, could you tell us what you do at Cosuno and how a usual day looks like for you?

I’m the Head of Business Intelligence, so it’s my responsibility to make sure that everyone in the company, in every department, has the data that they need to make the right decisions. At the moment, my days are spent setting up the initial groundwork, tools and data pipelines to allow everyone to easily access the data they need, and also on building out the team as Cosuno grows. Once we’ve set this up, we can move onto the more interesting task of helping each team to use the data we have to make better decisions.

How did your path lead you to Cosuno?

I’ve worked for the past 10 years in startups and scale-ups in data roles in London, but I recently made the decision to relocate to beautiful Amsterdam. When I was searching for new roles, I discovered Cosuno by chance and was inspired by the product, the leadership team and the chance to join an early stage startup that is going to grow extremely quickly.

Where do you currently work from and what do you like most about that setting?

I’m working in our new office in Amsterdam, alongside a few other colleagues, right by Amsterdam Central Station. The location is absolutely beautiful and we’re definitely looking forward to making use of our roof terrace when summer comes!

What are your plans for Christmas?

Since I’m new to the city, I’m planning on taking some time to explore and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere – and trying all the seasonal delicacies on offer!

What do you like most about your job at Cosuno?

I love the opportunity to have complete ownership of what I’m working on and being able to work with some incredibly bright, talented and lovely people! As a startup, there’s always a lot of change and new projects to work on, so there’s never any chance of being bored!
